About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Manager will act as a strategic business partner to Sales Senior Leadership, enabling revenue growth through sales forecasting, reporting, analysis, and process optimization. This role supports the Sales team with operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as a strategic business partner to Sales leadership, supporting annual planning, budgeting, quota setting, and compensation plans
- →Support Sales leadership with forecast and pipeline reporting, analysis, and insights on quality and health
- →Work with Sales and cross-functional teams on deals requiring clarification or additional documentation
- →Track and report on KPIs and metrics, preparing dashboards and analysis to identify achievements and gaps
- →Responsible for headcount and capacity planning and reporting
- →Collaborate with the Global Revenue Enablement Manager to develop and deliver onboarding and ongoing training
- →Support corporate merger and acquisition processes and activities as required
Requirements
- ✓Relevant business experience within high-growth tech companies
- ✓Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
- ✓Experience in designing and implementing business plans, reporting, measurement, and analysis
- ✓Ability to independently manage deadlines and handle multiple competing priorities
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- ✓Experience with Salesforce.com
- ✓Must reside in Canada
