About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Product Manager for Ecommerce to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our ecommerce automation ecosystem. This role focuses on building and scaling integrations with platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, ensuring reliable data synchronization, and driving marketing automation for ecommerce businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the ecommerce and marketing automation platform
- →Lead integration architecture and roadmap for commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce
- →Drive deep, accurate 2-way sync for customers, orders, products, and inventory across platforms
- →Build and scale event-based marketing automation flows like abandoned carts and post-purchase sequences
- →Define ecommerce data models, segmentation logic, and automation triggers for reliability
- →Collaborate with Engineering to build low-latency, high-throughput data pipelines
- →Partner with Messaging, AI, and Marketing teams to power personalized campaigns and segmentation
- →Develop robust revenue attribution frameworks across marketing channels
- →Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of ecommerce features
- →Define and monitor KPIs for sync reliability, automation adoption, and performance
- →Act as the domain expert for ecommerce automation and platform integrations
- →Ensure stability, scalability, and data correctness across millions of stores
- →Identify and deliver new capabilities to expand ecommerce automation and reporting
- →Drive alignment across engineering, product, partners, and executive stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓9+ years of Product Management experience in marketing automation, ecommerce, or data-driven SaaS
- ✓Strong experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, TikTok Shops, or Meta Shops
- ✓Proven track record designing and scaling event-based automation systems with real-time data
- ✓Deep understanding of ecommerce data models including orders, carts, products, and customer profiles
- ✓High technical fluency with APIs, ETL pipelines, webhooks, and event streaming
- ✓Experience building segmentation, personalization, and automation capabilities in marketing or CRM tools
- ✓Ability to dive deep into data validation, event mapping, and sync accuracy at scale
- ✓Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, BI tools, or event debugging
- ✓Proven ability to work across engineering, marketing, data, and partner teams in high-scale SaaS
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for simplifying technical concepts
- ✓Comfortable operating as an execution-focused, hands-on product leader in a remote team
