About the Role

We are seeking passionate and talented Fullstack Engineers to join our Mistral Vibe team and help shape the future of AI-powered coding. This role focuses on building and refining AI-driven developer tools, directly influencing how users interact with our products to make them faster, smarter, and more intuitive.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust features with seamless front-end and back-end integration
→Prioritize user experience to ensure products meet user needs and expectations
→Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code and participate in code reviews
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers
→Tackle complex technical challenges and develop efficient solutions to improve performance and reliability
→Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in AI and software development

Requirements

✓Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
✓Proficiency in Python
✓Comfortable shipping products end-to-end
✓Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
✓Excellent communication skills
✓Low ego and team spirit mindset
✓Autonomous and self-starter attitude
✓Ideal experience with AI products (particularly LLMs), distributed systems, monitoring/alerting, JavaScript/TypeScript, and UX development
