About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to join our Product team, leading the integration of artificial intelligence across the Crypto.com App. This role acts as a strategic bridge between AI capabilities and user experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed intelligence into features and drive a personalized journey for global users.

Key Responsibilities

→Partner with Product Leads to identify AI integration opportunities for a unified user experience
→Define and drive strategy for customer-facing AI and data products, balancing innovation with operational wins
→Work with AI/ML researchers to integrate generative AI models into core features, ensuring quality and relevance
→Lead multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Design to translate AI capabilities into mobile-first requirements
→Scale AI-powered support tools and automated verification flows to enhance efficiency and user experience
→Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous experimentation and optimization
→Ensure AI-driven products adhere to global standards for data privacy, reliability, and ethical AI practices

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in Product Management within AI, fintech, or high-growth data platform environments
✓Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering and model limitations
✓Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse product teams on complex, multi-layered features
✓Experience with AI Agent tooling and optimizing user verification or support workflows through automation
✓Ability to manage high-level strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to product delivery
✓Passion for translating technical solutions into impactful, easy-to-use experiences for a global audience
✓Previous experience delivering customer-facing AI products is highly preferred; familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus
✓Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; advanced degrees are a plus
