About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team, responsible for preparing and ensuring the accurate and timely submission of all required reports to regulatory entities. This role involves supporting the accounting and tax departments with internal and external reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

• →Prepare and submit all reports required by the Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios (SSPD) within established deadlines
• →Ensure data received from internal departments meets quality standards for report preparation
• →Prepare and submit all reports required by the Ministerio de Minas y Energía on time
• →Prepare and submit public lighting and security tax reports according to schedules
• →Report and ensure payment of contributions, public lighting collections, and security taxes
• →Address information requests from regulatory entities regarding reporting and support other inquiries
• →Identify and automate manual and repetitive processes to enhance reporting efficiency
• →Comply with and propose policies and procedures related to the area and its responsibilities
• →Support timely requirements for fiscal review and internal/external audits
• →Ensure proper accounting impact for closing processes and payments of contributions, public lighting, and security taxes
• →Store all prepared reports and associated working papers for audit purposes
• →Support the preparation of accounting and tax reports
