About the Role
We are seeking a Contract Operations Administrator to support our Growth and Performance Teams by managing contract documentation and ensuring system efficiency. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the contracting lifecycle and assist with regulatory compliance for Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs. The position offers flexibility for remote work within the US or from our Bethesda, MD office.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create and send contracts using Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
- →Support the Salesforce Team with ad-hoc requests to maintain data hygiene in our systems
- →Assist the ACO Administration Team with MSSP Application tasks, including submitting and QAing practice applications to CMS
- →Support administrative activities throughout the year to ensure compliance with MSSP regulations
Requirements
- ✓BA or BS degree required
- ✓3+ years of progressive working experience
- ✓Prior experience drafting contracts in a CLM tool
- ✓Prior experience working in Salesforce
- ✓Demonstrated project management skills, high organization, and attention to detail
- ✓Self-motivated to work independently and deliver positive business results
- ✓Ability to meet deadlines while managing a substantial workload in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Ability to provide excellent, time-sensitive, solutions-oriented, strategic contracting support to stakeholders
